election getting weirder

has anyone noticed how weird this election continues to be? not only have both parties become deft celebrity campaigners, utilizing their image to win votes above informed plans to approach difficult diplomatic questions, but there has been an undertone in both campaigns of this election being somewhat apocalyptic...as if either candidate being elected will somehow have a massive effect on the future of our planet for the worse

not to mention it seems everyone i talk to feels the same way...uncertain of who to vote for, but sure that--whoever is elected--something much bigger may happen behind the scenes that leads to a new world of sorts. maybe this has always been the climate of human response to changing presidencies, but somehow to me it seems different this time, like there is more at stake than ever before...and most of us have no idea what that means, just that it feels strange, and seems to be portrayed by both parties as having prophetic i.e. biblical significance (btw, this is clip is not an endorsement, just an example of the craziness).

I have lived through many presidential elections. I have seen our presidents killed, impeached(but later resigned)and demoralized. I honestly believe this is the most important election of my lifetime. So beyond all the political propaganda, please listen to your heart, and vote.
