owl city blog entry

have you heard the owl city song fireflies? it was number 1 on itunes for a long time and an aberration in the music industry...because it's writer adam young was relative unknown with a large myspace following before he was discovered and signed. he wrote most of his music in his parents basement. :-)

why does any of this matter to you? it doesn't really, but i read his blog today and found his faith inspiring. he's not a person who foists his beliefs on listeners through his music, and simultaneously remains transparent about who he is. these kind of people are my heros.
