good monday to you! hope your passover/easter weekend was a celebration of community and remembrance. life is hard, God is good. . . and south park is still funny. hehe. found this clip a few months back of stewie doing some songwriting, and thought of some of you who are just learning to play the guitar. remember, every chord you learn has a color, or an emotion. each new chord you learn allows you to tap into that emotion in your writing. and of course, everything we learn, whether it's a new chord or a new bit of information about something we're passionate, connects us to someone. hopefully, with his new learning, stewie was able to connect with his baby friend. :-)

hehehe...okay so I'm not fan of the family guy at all, but that clip was pretty funny and actually a pretty good representation of my current state of playing. those are the exact chords that i can play well and usually i walk around the house just before bed singing something about my roommate and how it's time for bed set to a ridiculously monotonous tune. that's great...
